A Little About Mary Jane:
Mary Jane is a talent development professional dedicated to supporting others to reach their highest potential. She is developing talent as a Sales and Service Leader at The Walt Disney Company in Travel Operations at the Disney Reservation Center in Orlando. Mary Jane is a member of Central Florida ATD since 2016 when she transferred from the Eastern PA ATD Chapter.
Prior to relocating to the Orlando area, she worked for a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, team building, and soft skill development. She is passionate about improving performance, building collaborative teams, and developing effective workplace relationships for organizational strength.
Mary Jane has a BA from Clemson University and a Masters of Social Work from Marywood University.

We encourage you to take a look at the video ASTD (CPLP) . In this quick video, several CPLPs (Trish Uhl., Dara Moore and Jann Iaco) talk about the benefits of achieving the CPLP from ASTD and why they pursued the credential.
To be eligible you must have at least five years of full-time professional work experience in the TD field. You must then complete two components: a multiple choice Knowledge exam covering all the competencies in the ATD competency model and a work product in one of four areas.
