Robb Bingham, Converging Solutions

Have you always been a bit puzzled by how to measure the ROI (return on investment) of your training projects? If so, this could be one of the most practical and strategic professional development sessions you will attend this year.

Robb Bingham is a Learning & Communications Strategist who holds multiple awards for helping companies get strategic with training – especially in the space where learning intersects with communications and performance improvement. Robb has served organizations in a number of different roles and is the creator of the Converging Solutions Problem Solving Model.

In this session, Rob will explain why you are missing out on significant opportunities for yourself, your department, and your staff if your initiatives are not being measured and how to put some method behind the madness of measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions.

To best participate in this session, bring two or three project ideas that are currently (or soon-to-be) underway.

Break-out sessions will concentrate on:

    • eLearning demonstration with a hands-on approach utilizing separate new technology platforms
    • Mobile learning with an explorations of tools, tips and tricks to develop and deliver this novel learning mode versus eLearning
    • Storyboarding use to develop a learning product and create an engaging user experience
    • Emerging technologies and their application to leverage learning solutions
    • Return on Investment vis-à-vis digitalization to put some method behind the madness of measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions
